Cover: Colocalization of heat shock protein 90 (HSP90) and soluble guanylate cyclase (sGC) in bovine aortic endothelial cells (BAEC). With the use of separate FITC, rhodamine, and DAPI filter sets, image stacks were collected with 0.2-m spacing between images at each wavelength and processed for digital deconvolution optical sectioning. HSP90 is visualized in green (top), and sGC in red (middle), and nuclei in blue in the same cell. The merge of the top two panels (bottom) yields a yellow hue indicating colocalization of HSP90 and sGC. From Venema RC, Venema VJ, Ju H, Harris MB, Snead C, Jilling T, Dimitropoulou C, Maragoudakis ME and Catravas JC.
